Biography
Graduated from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Liège with Great Distinction in 2018. During her studies, she worked as an assistant for the international theatre company KULA from Robert Schuster at the Deutsches National Theater in Weimar, Germany.
Followed a 3-month internship with set designer Raymond Sarti in Paris, where she worked on theatre, exhibition and landscape design projects, as well as numerous assistantships across Germany for theatre, opera and musical productions.
Since 2019, she has been assisting the Austrian set and costume designer Herbert Murauer with international productions from opera director Christof Loy at the Frankfurt Opera, the Norwegian Opera&Ballet in Oslo or the Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona.
In 2023 she co-creates with him the set and costume design for the opera "The Turn of the Screw", by Annilese Miskimmon, at Folkoperan in Stockholm.
In 2019, she creates as a team with costume designer Marilyn Stammen-Delhaye the set design for the play "La Part du Fou" for the Belgian theatre company l'Oguste Théâtre, which is touring various venues and cultural centers in French-speaking Belgium.
In 2020, she works with the German director Alexander Olbricht to create a stage adaptation of the movie "Taxi Driver" by M. Scorsese at the Theater im Depot, Dortmund, and end of 2022 she creates the set and costume design for "Wonderland Ave." directed by Constanze Hörlin for the Theater Eisleben in Germany.
Very concerned by current climatic and social issues, she is looking to further her education in this area by taking part in various workshops on eco-scenography (including the several-day workshop given by Australian eco-scenografer Tanja Beer at the Prague Quadrennial of Performance Design and Space in 2023), and by attending the Clim'Actes summer school at the University in Liège (ULG) about ecological and solidarity-based transition and sustainable entrepreneurship.
Since 2023, she has been renting a shared workshop space in Liège, Belgium, through the Creative Ressources-network CRC, and also works on commission from independent theater companies, making puppets and props for the stage.
Member of the Bund der Szenografen (Professional Association of German Scenographers) since 2022.
